to “Mumbai Coin Society” by cheque / DD (out of Mumbai)

Procedure for online Membership Application :
- First you need to fill online application form
- After submitting the form, you will receive one email containing PDF of the filled form
- You will have take the printout of that form
- On the printed copy, stick your photograph at the photo space.
- Put your signature on the specified space
- Take the photocopy or scan the form.
- Scan the required documents (2 mandatory from Passport / Aadhar Card / Driving Licence / Election Card)
- In the Email you must have received the link of uploading the documents (Click Here)
- Upload the necessary documents
- Once we received & verify your details, we will send the our bank details
- You will have to send us the payment confirmation on our email id.
- Once confirmed, we will send you your LM number.
